To conclude the “Re-Cycling – Bike reuse and riding fairs” project, funded under the European Erasmus+ program, a special final event will be held on the morning of September 17 in Brussels.
During the event, hosted at Casa Lombardia, located at Place du Champ De Mars, the results achieved by all partners will be presented. In addition to the Ibis Consortium, the project was carried out by Regione Lombardia – Directorate for Sports and Youth (lead partner), Mountainbike Tourism Forum Germany, L’Heureux Cyclage (France), Easy Drivers Radfahrschule (Austria), and Eco-Logic (Macedonia).
There will also be a discussion with stakeholders and representatives of the European Commission on the prospects of the activities piloted in the project in terms of circulareconomy in the bicycle sector.
Finally, the floor will be given to the schools that actively participated in the project, without whom it would not have been possible to carry out all the training and workshop activities.
The event is part of the “European Cycling Strategy – 2024 European Year of the Bicycle”.
